- What if I want to delete my old Spectrum account and create a new one?
Send an email to the sales or customer service team by selecting “Open a ticket” in the “Help” section if you want to delete your Spectrum account permanently.
Also, you need to include your full name and the email address associated with the account you wish to remove. Within 24 business hours, your account will be shut down and erased. It will no longer exist in our system.

Not instantly, but if you are over 60 days late paying your bill, it will terminate your service. Spectrum gives its customers a leverage of 60 days before terminating their accounts. However, when 62 days have passed, there will be no calling, texting, or data available. Your device(s) will no longer be covered by your protection plan, which will not be renewable at that point.
- Is it easy to switch plans?
