Spectrum TV support gives users access to a plethora of information.  You can get quick access to your favorite channels and a customized Channel Lineup by visiting Spectrum Customer Support.   Is your remote control giving you issues?  We have videos and tutorials that can show you how to find the exact remote and resolve the problem.  Something else you can do while you’re here is download the Spectrum TV app.  With the TV app, you can watch all of your favorite programming on any compatible devices, simultaneously.  There is even a helpful video that gives you step-by-step instructions.  You can also learn how to set up parental controls to monitor TV shows and movies available to young viewers.  We’ll teach you how to restrict viewing, manage purchases, and block access to specific channels and titles.  This feature is also available for Spectrum Internet and allows you to block domains, set usage limits and restrict email addresses.  Protecting your family is important to us, too!

 

With Spectrum Voice support, you can set up your voicemail, block robo calls, learn about International calling features and much more.  Once you set up your voicemail, you can listen to your messages from a home phone or computer.  You can also set up the readable feature that transcribes messages and converts them to an audio file sent to your email or a text message delivered to your mobile device.  Are you tired of robo callers?  The Nomorobo voice feature can screen and block unwanted calls from telemarketers and can also show you how to report them.  Spectrum Voice also offers unlimited local and long distance calling to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa, but if you need to call a loved one outside of these areas visit Spectrum Customer Support to check calling rates.
